摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a high pressure water injection head is set to a lower surface washing position, i.e., a projection end close to a vehicle, and to simply restore abnormal contact of the high pressure water injection head with an obstacle of the vehicle in a lower surface washing device of a car washing machine. SOLUTION: In the lower surface washing device 10A of the car washing machine 10, the high pressure water injection head 21 is projectably/retreatably supported to a machine base 13 between a waiting position and a position approaching the vehicle 1 and set to a lower surface washing position approaching from the outside of the vehicle 1 to the vehicle and facing the lower surface. The device is provided with a projection end detection device 50 for detecting that the high pressure water injection head 21 is set to a projection end close to the vehicle 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
