PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dumbbell rest by which dumbbells are smartly stored in a box. SOLUTION: A pair of fitting grooves 2 for holding the assembled dumbbells are formed in both the side parts on the upper surface of a planar body 1. A storage recession 3 held between the pair of fitting grooves 2 is formed at the center on the lower surface of the planar body 1. When plates 5, 6 are removed from a shaft 4 to dissolve the dumbbells, the plates 6 are fitted into the storage recession 3, so that the dumbbells are stored in the box 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
