<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility use management system utilizing IC cards, by which users can easily make reservations and utilizes an IC card to confirm whether a user is a regular subscriber who has made reservations or not. <P>SOLUTION: The IC card has a storage means where a user ID is stored, and a computer device for reservations is provided with an input means, a storage means, an electronic signature generation means which uses an authentication code generation key to generate an electronic signature from a user ID, reserved institution specifying information, and reserved date information, and a display means for displaying the authentication code. An IC card processor is provided with a time counting means, an input means, an IC card read means for reading the user ID of the IC card, a storage means, an electronic signature generation means which uses an authentication code generation key to generate an electronic signature from the user ID read by the IC card read means, an IC card terminal ID stored in the storage means, and use date information, and a collation means for collating the generated authentication code and an inputted authentication code with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
