PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail server device in which predetermined processing is performed to an electronic mail to be transmitted-received by Internet facsimile equipment to secure smooth communications with a general electronic mail server device. SOLUTION: Based upon a data conversion table 107a, a main control part 101 of an electronic mail server device 31 judges whether a domain of a transmission source of the received electronic mail or an electronic mail address of the transmission source is a predetermined domain or electronic mail address and transfers the received electronic mail by carrying out converting processing such as format conversion or filtering of an attached file to the attached file when it is judged that the domain or electronic mail address is the predetermined domain or electronic mail address.
