<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to weaken shadow projection of a base part to the shade by arrangement of an annular fluorescent lamp. <P>SOLUTION: A fixture main body 10 is provided in an electrophotographic photoreceptor. A large ring annular fluorescent lamp 30 of a large ring diameter arranged horizontally is provided on the lower side of the fixture main body 10. A small ring annular fluorescent lamp of a small ring diameter arranged horizontally is provided on the lower side of the fixture main body 10. The arrangement is decided so that the large ring annular fluorescent lamp 30 has a higher position and that the small ring annular fluorescent lamp 31 has a lower position. Furthermore, the both annular fluorescent lamps 30, 31 are non-concentrically arranged so that the ring center of the small ring annular fluorescent lamp 31 may be closer to the base part 32 than the ring center of the large ring annular fluorescent lamp 30.
