PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, since drawing is applied to an entire surface in a blade made of metal used in a conventional blower, wrinkling is easy to occur and whereby noise occurs and the blade itself increases in weight. SOLUTION: This blower comprises: a first blade plate formed with a leading edge part, an outer peripheral part, a trailing edge part and an inner diameter part by applying drawing to a thin steel plate; and a second blade plate provided with a leading edge part by processing the thin steel plate. When the first blade plate and the second blade plate are attached to each other, the leading edge part of the second blade plate is arranged so as to be nearer to the trailing edge part of the first blade plate than the leading edge of the first blade plate.
