<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide monitoring method/system of an IP telephone, which can easily and correctly record data on an exchange seat where an operator sits for subsequent retrieval, without address violation of IP and without using an expensive connection device. <P>SOLUTION: An IP packet received from a user is copied as an IP packet for operator and it is transmitted to the operator. It is copied as an IP packet for IP telephone recording monitoring device 41 and it is transmitted to the IP telephone recording monitoring device 41. It is not necessary to add an IP address of an IP telephone set 43n being an object of monitoring to the monitoring device 41, and address violation of IP does not occur. A suitable value on a data item such as an operator number 23 is recorded in a conversion table 20 at every seat 21 of the operator. Even if the operator changes the operator seat at every time and sits, data on the seated operator seat can easily and correctly be recorded as a value of the corresponding data item of the conversion table 20, and it can be used for subsequent retrieval. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
