PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an automobile roof which prevents deformation at a fitting part among the side edge portion of a roof panel, a roof side rail, and a side member outer panel even if thermal strain occurs in a roof panel made of aluminum alloy. SOLUTION: A roof panel 1 is constituted of an aluminum alloy panel, and a roof side rail 20 is formed of an aluminum alloy hollow shape material integrally formed with flanges 25, 26 which respectively extend toward the roof panel 1 side and the side member outer panel 6 side; and the side member outer panel 6 is constituted of a steel plate panel, and the side edge part 1a of the roof panel 1 and the roof-panel-side flange 25 of the hollow shape material are jointed in a watertight manner; furthermore, an upper end part 6a of the side member outer panel and a side part 23 of the hollow shape material are jointed to each other, and a low end part 6b of the side member outer panel and the side member outer panel side flange 26 of the hollow shape material are jointed to each other.
