<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a cataphoretic precast gel that has a simple structure and is handled easily and a manufacturing method with an excellent mass productivity. <P>SOLUTION: This structure comprises a gel accommodation section opened in a pair of both directions and an upper direction, a comb that is in a shape in such a way as to cover the upper direction of the gel accommodation section and is arranged detachably, and a cataphoretic gel arranged between the gel accommodation section and the comb.
