<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influence to an output image signal by the high-frequency noise of a scanning circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a solid-state imaging device, horizontal scanning circuits 2a, 2b and a vertical scanning circuit 3 having a slower drive frequency as compared with the scanning circuits are arranged adjacent to a different side of a square chip 10. Pads 5a are arranged at a side other than the side, where the horizontal scanning circuits 2a, 2b are arranged in the respective sides of the chip 10. The pads 5a includes a pad for giving voltage or a ground potential to the active element of each pixel of a pixel region 1, a pad for inputting voltage to amplifiers 6a, 6b, a pad for outputting the output of the amplifiers 6a, 6b to the outside of the chip 10, and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
