PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that tubes, pipe connecting parts and connection work increase when a filter is fixed and the cost increases when drainage of liquid and air in the filter is taken into account because it is required to specify the fixing direction and to prevent an erroneous fixing. SOLUTION: One port is fixed directly, through a packing, to a manifold block capable of fixing a fluid control component directly and another port is fixed directly with tubing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
