PURPOSE: A method and a device for hemp-steaming and roasting pork with loess and gems are provided to make the pork tender and remove unnecessary poisonous ingredients with the minerals and radiation of far infrared rays of the gems and loess by roasting the pork with steam of the gems, loess, and medical herbs and to improve the taste and nutrition of the pork by containing good ingredients of the medical herbs into the pork. CONSTITUTION: A device(1) for hemp-steaming and roasting pork(8) with loess and gems(3) contacts the heated gem with water and gives off hot steam by heating the gem in a heating device(2) and moving water through a water passage(5) for generating steam, generates steam of medical herbs(12) by contacting the hot steam with the medical herbs, generates the steam of loess by heating a wall(9) of a loess brick-pot with the steam of the gems and medical herbs, and accordingly, roasts pork.
