VIBRATION MOTOR INCLUDING OSCILLATOR HAVING FIXING PORTION AND VIBRATING PORTION

PURPOSE: A vibration motor is provided to shorten the axial length of the motor and lengthen the life span of the motor by arranging an oscillator in a case such that the oscillator covers a coil. CONSTITUTION: A vibration motor comprises a case(10); a rotary shaft(12) arranged in the inner center of the case; a magnet(13) fixed in the case such that the magnet covers the rotary shaft; a commutator(14) having a plurality of commutator terminals(15) contacting a brush(16), wherein the commutator is coupled to the front end of the rotary shaft in the case; a cylindrical coil(17) arranged at the outer surface of the commutator such that the coil has a predetermined air gap from the magnet; and an oscillator(18) including a fixing portion(19) fixed at the outer surface of the commutator, and a vibrating portion(20) formed in parallel to the rotary shaft, at the state where the vibrating portion contacts the outer surface of the coil.
