PURPOSE: An oil pump for a power steering system is provided to cool friction heat of oil in driving the oil pump, to prevent deterioration of rubber or the power steering system and lowering of performance from decreasing viscosity, and to improve the durability by adding function as a cooling fan to a pulley with forming a fan blade in the pulley. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump for a power steering system is composed of a pulley(10) driven by a belt; a boss(11) combined with a shaft of the oil pump; a fan blade(12) formed in the outer periphery of the boss; and a rim(13) combined with the end of the fan blade. The fan blade is composed of a front blade(12a) and a rear blade(12b), and air is sucked in rotating a drive shaft forward. The front blade is inclined from the outside to the inside, and the rear blade is formed inside. The fan blade is formed opposite to the rotation of the pulley, and a fitting sill(14) is formed in the circumference of the rim to restrict displacement of the belt in rotating. The oil pump is cooled by transferring friction heat with inclining the fan blade to the pulley.
