PURPOSE: A device for preventing chute trunnion from seceding from hook is provided to prevent wire rope from running off the line by preventing the hook from breaking away and separating from the chute trunnion, thereby preventing deformation and damage of the hook. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises second main flange(10-2) upper and lower parts of which are fixed to first main flange(10-1), and at one side of which latch admission guiding port(20-1) and vertical latch guiding port are formed so that a latch formed on an outer surface part of main coiling hook is advanced and guided into the latch admission guiding port(20-1) and the vertical latch guiding port, wherein a trunnion clamping hole(15) is formed on an upper part of the first main flange so that trunnion of chute is inserted into the trunnion clamping hole; locking spindle(39) and vertical moving spindle(32) on which respective rack gears are formed so that the rack gears are connected to both parts of rotation gear(40) fixed to an outer surface part of the second main flange; a tension spring(35) which is inserted into a lower part of the vertical moving spindle, and upper and lower parts of which are supported; and a weight element(38) connected to a lower part of the vertical moving spindle by connection chain.
