PURPOSE: A system for making a hairpin on on/offline is provided to satisfy diverse desires of a customer by personally making the hairpin with a hairpin making program and receiving the made hairpin, or selecting/making the hairpin at a member store. CONSTITUTION: A hairpin service provider(1) includes a hairpin information database. A customer PC(3) is connected to the Internet by equipping with a LAN(Local Area Network) card. The member shop(2) enables the customer to make/receive the hairpin on a desired time and place according to purchase information. In case that the customer PC makes/orders the hairpin according to the hairpin making program, the hairpin service provider makes/delivers the ordered hairpin or lets the member shop near the customer PC make/deliver the ordered hairpin by transmitting design information ordered by the customer PC.
