PURPOSE: A device for collapsing cohered storage materials from hopper chute is provided which suppresses production of adhesion coal and easily strips coal already adhered to the hopper chute at the same time by installing stripping spear and front and rear subsidiary spears elliptically moved by driving motor connected with conveyor. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a driving motor(20) fixed to a position adjacent to vibrator(11) of lower chute(7); a stripping spear(30) one end of which is movably connected to rotation shaft of the driving motor by hinge, and the other end of which is upwardly extended along the inner wall surface of the lower chute; and a guide ring(40) movably fixed onto the inner wall surface of the lower chute in such a way that the stripping spear is restricted with a part of length of the stripping spear being inserted into the guide ring, wherein the driving motor is installed underneath the lower chute so that the driving motor is connected with conveyor(4) for transferring bituminous coal dropped, and wherein front and rear subsidiary spears(32,34) which are fixed perpendicularly to the stripping spear with being adjacently upper and lower parts of length of the stripping spear, and an end part of which is formed in a triangular pyramid shape arranged in a direction of the stripping spear are attached to the stripping spear.
