PURPOSE: Provided is a spring mattress with a vibrational motor placed in a cushion part of the mattress on portions corresponding to joints of a user to massage and protect the joint parts such as waist of the user in a vibrational manner. CONSTITUTION: The spring mattress comprises a spring(10); a protective layer(20) made of any one selected from palm, latex, sponge, memory foam and silk cotton; a cushion layer(30) laminated over the protective layer(20) and consisting of sponge(31), silk cotton(32) and non-woven cloth(33); a driving part(35) including a driving motor and an eccentric weight fixed on a rotational axis; and a cover layer(40) made of padding cotton(41) and raw fabric(42) and laminated over the cushion layer(30). The driving part(35) has multiple dimples(34) inside portions corresponding to joints of the user and the driving motor functions to massage the joint portions.
