PURPOSE: A vehicle vent grill is provided to connect a knob with a damper indirectly to generate smooth movement while minimizing the noise. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle vent grill includes a louver(130), a damper(200), a knob(300), a rod(340), a wind direction controller, and blades(500). The louver is mounted to a front surface of a housing(100) with a hollow inside, and has a hinge shaft at a side. The damper is mounted to a hinge hole of the housing and has a damper shaft extended at a side and a pin element protruded from an end. The knob has a coupling hole in the center to mount the knob to the hinge shaft, and a coupling part extended at a side with a coupling hole. The rod is connected to the knob at an end and the damper at the other end. The wind direction controller is mounted in a receiving part in the housing to be connected to the damper at an end, so that the controller rotates in association with the rotation of the damper in the same direction to control a hot or cool wind supply amount. The blades are provided in the louver to change the hot or cool wind direction vertically and horizontally.
