PURPOSE: A lens grinding unit for a lens machining device is provided to prevent a diamond grindstone from swinging by integrating a horizontal feeding cam with a vertical feeding cam. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(43) is attached to one side of a feeding die(34), and supports a driving motor(36) and a diamond grindstone(44). A housing(50) supports the feeding die. A cam member(22) is attached to one side of a main shaft(20) rotated by a reduction motor(12), and includes a horizontal feeding cam(24) and a vertical feeding cam(26) integrated with the horizontal feeding cam. A first operating rod(28) contacts with the outer circumference of the horizontal feeding cam, and moves the feeding die horizontally. A second operating rod contacts with the outer circumference of the vertical feeding cam, and moves the housing vertically.
