PURPOSE: A polishing machine for a glass panel is provided to replace the large glass panel conveniently by arranging an abrasive pad in the upper part and the glass panel in the lower part, and to improve the productivity and working efficiency by polishing stably and accurately and reducing the failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A polishing machine for a glass panel is composed of an abrasive pad(11) arranged in the upper part of a body(100) and moved up and down by a pressure cylinder(10); a head(13) grinding the glass panel by an upper lathe(12); a lower lathe(17) having a holder(16) including a panel setting groove(15) for setting the glass panel around a fence(14) collecting abrasive, and rotating for polishing in the lower part of the body; a headstock(18); a main motor(19) and plural pulley driving units rotating the headstock and the lower lathe; and an abrasive supply pump(20) supplying the abrasive between the abrasive pad and the glass panel on the lower lathe. The glass panel is replaced conveniently, and accuracy is increased by arranging the abrasive pad in the upper part and the glass panel in the lower part.
