LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to improve the reliability by preventing short between pads due to photoresist scum of a step height part of a pad part resin layer opening area, and improve a process margin by reducing a tact time due to over exposure. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes a pad part forming a big step height by a resin layer(120). The pad part includes a part where a gate insulating film(104), a passivation layer(112), and the resin layer are accumulated in order on a substrate(100). An active layer(110) is formed between the gate insulating film and the passivation layer so that a pixel electrode(116) on the resin layer is formed in step shape.
