A dental/dentistry ceramic frame (10) is equipped with 2 or more core units (11,12,13) serially arranged and mutually joined. The content of glass component in the junctional parts (14,15) between the core units is 10 wt.% or less. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a dental/dentistry ceramic frame forming material, which comprises 10 wt.% or less of a joining encouragement agent with respect to ceramic powder; (2) manufacture of dental/dentistry ceramic frame, which involves serially arranging core units, mutually adhering or contacting the core units and finally integrating the core units by heat and/or pressure; and (3) a dental prosthesis containing the dental/dentistry ceramic frame.
