PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically offer a refinance loan using the network are provided to make a customer receive a rate discount benefit and to make a financial organization prevent insolvent credit by searching/offering the loan goods profitable to a customer according to credit evaluation. CONSTITUTION: A member manager(110) calculates member certification of the customer by comparing the personal information data inputted through a customer terminal with the data stored in the member information database(D10). A credit information manager(120) searches credit of the customer by connecting to a financial organization server and stores/updates the searched data in a credit evaluation database(D20). A goods information manager(130) receives the data for new financial goods by connecting to the financial organization server, and stores/manages the received data in a goods information database(D30). A matching manager(140) matches the refinance loan goods according to the credit information with the data stored in the goods information database, and transmits a result to the client terminal. A settlement manager(150) settles a loan price generated by the refinance goods.
