PURPOSE: A device for adjusting inclination of a portable computer is provided to make a user conveniently use a structure such as a joining structure of various parts, an installing structure of a stylus pen, a supporting structure of the portable computer, and an attaching/detaching structure of an HDD(Hard Disk Drive), and realize efficient assembly on a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: An inclination adjusting lever(171) is rotated forward/rearward at a predetermined angle by having a rotational shaft inserting groove(171a) supporting front/rear rotation at a head part and an elastic hanging projection(171b) for giving an operation feeling according to the rotational angle, and installing to a rear cover(210). A rotational shaft(172) guides the rotation of the inclination angle adjusting lever. A leaf spring(173) rotates the rotation of the inclination angle adjusting lever forward/rearward at the predetermined angle. A stopper(174) limits the rotation of the inclination adjusting lever over the predetermined angle.
