PURPOSE: An auto precharge circuit is provided to operate at a low frequency region and also at a high frequency region, by controlling an auto precharge enable signal per corresponding bank, without using an enable signal in common. CONSTITUTION: The auto precharge circuit includes a plurality of auto precharge banks(310-340). According to the plurality of auto precharge banks, the first auto precharge signal generator part(311) generates the first auto precharge signal by receiving an all bank precharge signal and an auto precharge command. An auto precharge enable control part(312) receives a read/write command and the auto precharge command and the second auto precharge signal, and is disabled/enabled by being controlled according to the second auto precharge signal, and generates a precharge enable signal by the auto precharge command and the second auto precharge signal. And the second auto precharge signal generator part(313) generates the second auto precharge signal by receiving the first auto precharge signal and the precharge enable signal.
