FIELD: protein engineering, chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing mature recombinant protein tch-u PA. Method involves culturing the strain of eucaryotic cells genetically transformed with the cloned sequence of cDNA precursor and involves incubation of the indicated cells line in medium for cell culturing where alkane acids, their derivatives or their salts are added for at least 24 h. Method provides the secretion of recombinant proteins to culturing medium in their active (mature) form.
