PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system capable of performing guidance on a fueling location in consideration of route guidance and fueling cost. SOLUTION: A location detecting device 22, a remaining fuel detecting device 23, a fuel consumption computing device 24, and a communication device 25 for communicating with a navigation center 1 are connected to an on-board device 21. The navigation center 1 is provided with a GS (gas station) information accumulating part 16, a route retrieving part 17, and a communication device 13 for communicating with the communicating deice 25. The on-board device 21 transmits a departure location, a destination, fuel consumption, and remaining fuel to the navigation center 1. The navigation center 1 performs guidance on both a gas station at which fuel cost is relatively low and the amount of fueling at the gas station from among gas stations between the departure location and the destination on the condition that a prescribed remaining fuel can be held.
