LOOSE FLANGE AND PUMP MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily movable loose flange even when a clearance formed on an end face of the loose flange for moving the loose flange is clogged with sediments such as earth and sand, rust and the like, and to provide a pump mechanism utilizing the loose flange.

SOLUTION: This loose flange 10 has a structure provided with a connecting means 20 on at least one end part of a tubular body 11, to connect the other pipe (casing of pump P) 83 through the clearance S with respect to the end part. A tip of the end part of the tubular body 11 has a wedge shape.
