PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly scroll a sub-picture including a highlight-displayed button, for example, in reproducing a title with an optical disk or the like. SOLUTION: Video information showing a main video, sub-video information showing a sub-video of which at least a part can be displayed by being superposed on the main video, coordinate information at a prescribed part to designate the coordinate at a prescribed part included in the sub-video on the coordinates defined to the sub-video, and sub-video control information, are recorded in an information recording medium. The sub-video control information includes (i) coordinate information before the movement to designate the coordinate before the movement of a sub-frame by making at least a part of a region in the sub-video as the sub-frame, and (ii) coordinate information after the movement to designate the coordinate after the movement of the sub-frame for the (n)th (however, n is a natural number of one or more) time.
