PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying structure for a draining hose capable of enhancing the easiness in the laying works. SOLUTION: The laying structure for the draining hole 150 is equipped with a back pillar inner 111 to constitute the inside of the back pillar of a car body 1, a reinforcing back pillar 121 installed on the car-outside O of the back pillar inner 111, and a back pillar outer 3 positioned on the car-outside O of the reinforcing back pillar 121. The reinforcing back pillar 121 is arranged so that a draining hose passage 151 for passing the draining hose 150 in the vertical direction is reserved below an insert hole 14 on the car-outside O of the back pillar inner 111. The back pillar outer 3 is furnished with an embossing 4 over the top 122 of the reinforcing back pillar 121, whereby one end of the draining hose 150 inserted into the insert hole 114 in the back pillar inner 111 is guided into the draining hose passage 151.
