PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device reducing the production of a nonconforming product in a cutting process of an elastic tubular body and improving the productivity by facilitating the replacement of the edge of a cutter. SOLUTION: This cutting device for the elastic tubular body comprises a retaining part 1 for the tubular body 20 having elasticity, a moving part 2 reciprocating on the plane orthogonally crossing with a central axis 30 of the retained tubular body 20 and a flat-plate cutter 3 fixed to the moving part 2. The edge 3A of the cutter 3 is formed into a curved shape and the moving axis 40 of the cutter 3 passing through the curvature center of the cutting edge 3A is prevented from passing through the central axis 30 of the tubular body 20. Preferably, a plurality of positioning parts 3B are provided at prescribed intervals in the periphery of the cutter 3 and the edge 3A in a range of cutting the tubular body 20 can be replaceable by changing the positioning part 3B.
