PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structural body and a construction method of the floor structural body capable of securing a space for storing piping or the like between a floor bedrock of a structure and a floor material, and at the same time, inclining one surface facing upward the floor material at a predetermined angle of inclination relative to a horizontal planes. SOLUTION: The floor structural body includes a plurality of floor materials 11 having variations in thicknesss toward the other corner opposite from at least one corner blocks 30 expansible in the direction of the axis, arranged on the floor bedrock 81 of the structure by extending the axis in the vertical direction and arranged on the upper part in a state of arrangement and a plurality of struts 12 forming a plurality of vertical supporting surfaces 34 and 35 in the axis having the same uneven step as a difference in thickness between one corner and the other corner of each floor material 11.
