PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is difficult to nip a minute seed of a flower and finely torn Japanese paper by a pair of tweezers or the like, with force concentrating on the tip of a finger and enormous time and technique are required. SOLUTION: A wet adsorption chip (3) is attached to a lower holder (1) of the wet adsorption pen, water is added to an upper holder (4) of the wet adsorption pen and the upper holder (4) is assembled to the lower holer (1). The wet adsorption pen is vertically shaken and an appropriate amount of water (2) fed to a tip end of the lower holder (1) of the wet adsorption pen appropriately moistens a tip of the wet adsorption chip (3) attached to the lower holder (1) by capillary phenomenon. The seed (8) of the minute flower or the like can be simply and continuously adsorbed by the moisture at the tip. A vibration plate (10) is provided on the lower holder (1) of the wet adsorption pen and is lightly snapped by the tip of a finger.
