<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counterfeit-proof card provided with a counterfeit-proof countermeasure with a high security capable of preventing copying by a copying machine by providing a latent image forming layer through which an image pattern such as letters and a picture pattern can be displayed through an exclusive genuine/counterfeit discrimination film. <P>SOLUTION: A reflective layer 12 and a latent image forming layer 13 are formed in this order from the near side to the base material at least on one face of a sheet-like base material 11. The reflective layer is provided with an ink containing 20-40% aluminum powder by printing. The latent image forming layer is provided with an ink comprising a thermotropic polymer liquid crystal material by printing an image pattern such as arbitrary letters and a picture pattern.
