PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load transmitting device capable of minimally inhibiting noise and vibration generated after first loading. SOLUTION: In the load transmitting device 1 interposed between a weight 4a and a pile 5a, the load transmitting device 1 is composed of a plurality of spring materials 21 and 22 arranged in parallel and a damper 3 connected in series with the spring material 22, and the damping effect of the damper in the case of unloading is larger than that in the case of loading.
