PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for a rubber molded product by which a molded product having a constricted part can be readily molded to reduce a production cost, and a trace of joint is not formed to improve appearance, and to provide a mold. SOLUTION: In the molding method for a rubber molded product 41 having an annular constricted section 45 between a pair of large diameter sections 43, 44 and a recessed section 46 on the inner surface of the large diameter section 43, the inner surface of both the large diameter section 43, 44 and the constricted section 45 are formed of a plurality of split die members 16a. At the time of separation, the respective split die members 16a are moved in the direction away from the recessed section 46 along the axial direction, then expanded to the outer peripheral direction.
