The device has a middleware section with a sending section that determines a send priority of a send request if the request for a frame to be sent is issued from a protocol stack section (3). The determination is based on header information at layer2 to layer4 of open system interconnections (OSI) within the frame. The middleware section outputs the request to a device driver section (2) based on the determined priority. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for processing communication data inside a terminal device (2) a program capable of being executed by a computer.
