PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated inductor capable of making the surface of ceramic coating films uniformly flat when forming the ceramic coating films, regardless of the surface form of a base board and the ceramic coating films formed in the previous laminating step. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the laminated inductor comprises following steps: (1) A base board is coated with a glass ceramic slip material containing light-hardening monomer and the base board is dried to form coating films as ceramic layers. (2) In a selective exposure and development step, a through hole 30 for a via hole conductor 3 is formed. (3) The through hole recess 30 is filled with conductive paste to form a conductor as the via hole conductor 3. In addition, the conductive paste is printed on the ceramic coating films to form a conductive film as a conductive layer 2. (4) The ceramic slip material is coated on the ceramic coating film so as to cover the conductive film. Each of the steps (2) to (4) forming the ceramic coating films as ceramic layers is repeated by drying, and the ceramic layers thus formed are subjected to firing treatment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
