<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a troubleshooting support system, an equipment for support center and a computer software, capable of surely transmitting various information to a troubleshooter and correctly grasping processing situation, etc., of the troubleshooter. <P>SOLUTION: This system is composed of equipment 1 for support center, equipment 2 for dispatch base, and a portable communication terminal 3 for the troubleshooter. The system supports the fault measures person who deals with the troubleshooting of a system to be supported 4 connected via a communication line 5.
