<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery provided with a heat protection element protecting an electronic device from over current for making increase of resistance of the heat protection element due to the over current normally function, to surely protect the electronic device like a portable telephone. <P>SOLUTION: The battery 1 comprises a battery cell 2, a circuit board 3 electrically connected to respective terminals 2d of the battery cell 2 by a connection member 11, a heat protection element 14 of which resistance increases according to the temperature increase, and a resin mold part 4 covering the circuit board 3, the connection member 11, and the heat protection element 14, and integrally fixing them to the battery cell 2.
