PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram observation tool, which enables a light pattern with high diffraction efficiency to be seen replacing a light source in a scene, make a conjugate image and a high-order image unnoticeable even when they appear, and is easily manufactured having specified characteristics, and a computer hologram for the same. SOLUTION: The hologram observation tool is configured to have the computer hologram 20, constituted as a transmission type Fourier transformation hologram, fitted in a frame and is characterized in that an original image pattern reproduced with a specified wavelength of a diffraction grating having grating intervals 2α<SB>x</SB>, 2α<SB>y</SB>twice as large as pitchesδ<SB>x</SB>,δ<SB>y</SB>of fine cells 21 constituting the computer hologram 20 is recorded in a range≤2/3 time of the reproduced image region 30 of the computer hologram defined with the range sandwiched between diffracted lights of (±1)st order of the specified wavelength.
