PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniature disk cartridge excellent in the assembling ability and the disassembling ability, and to perform assembling without producing a dust contaminating the assembling environment or adversely affecting the read/write of data. SOLUTION: The disk cartridge 10 is provided with a frame 12, upper/lower shells 13, 14 arranged at both sides of the frame 12 across the frame 12 and a rotary shutter 17 for opening/closing an opening 19. On tip parts of the upper/lower shells 13, 14 constituting a housing 15, holding members 16 are mounted to hold edge parts of the upper/lower shells 13, 14 from both sides. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
