PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide installation structure of a door opening/closing device that can ensure installation space of the opening/closing device effectively, and that can ensure the mounting strength of the device even if a corner portion of an opening portion of the door has a gentle curve line. SOLUTION: In this installation structure of an opening/closing device 1 that opens and closes automatically a door on a vehicle by power, a gusset member 16 is hung over to bridge a roof member 14 configuring a ceiling member of the vehicle body and a side member 15 configuring a side portion of the vehicle body, so that the opening/closing device 1 is installed in space S surrounded by the roof member 14, the side member 15 and the gusset member 16.
