PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise static electricity resistance while securing compatibility in a system without impairing the reduction of a diameter in an insertion part. SOLUTION: The VDD (power rouce) and GND (ground) terminals of a solid-state imaging element 10 are connected to a video processor 24 via electric cables 31, 32. Terminals for vertical drive system signals (ϕV1-ϕV4), horizontal drive system signals, and video output signals of the solid-state imaging element 10 are connected to the video processor 24 via the core wires of co-axial wires 33, 34-40. The shield lines of the whole co-axial wires 33, 34-40 are collectively connected to the GND electric cable 32 in the neighborhood of the imaging element 10. The core wires of the co-axial wires 33, 34-36 for the vertical drive system signals are connected to the shield lines via capacitors C1, C2-C4 in an electric connector part 6. The shield lines of the co-axial wires 33, 34-36 for the vertical drive system signals are collectively connected to the electric cable 32 in the electric connector part 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
