FIELD: medical transport; turnover of patients in hospital for carrying out treatment and other sanitary measures. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of seriously ill patients and invalids. Proposed device contains running trucks hinge-connected to each other by means of pushers, and carrying tracing rollers. Rollers interact with guide, and coupling members interact with drive traction member in form of closed conveyor belt. Number of holes are made in lower part of running truck and pusher at definite pitch. Tracing roller and pusher are mounted on one axle. Said axle is installed in one of holes of lower part of running truck and pusher for re- placing in other hole to change pitch of chain. Mounting of device is simplified owing to possibility of changing pitch of chain, lowering center of gravity. EFFECT: improved smoothness of riding, stability of trucks, comfortability at carrying patients from one position of another, conditions of patient treatment. 4 cl, 5 dwg
