PURPOSE: A high sensitive magnetic resistor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reproducibility, corrosion proof, and heat resistant of the physical property of a magnetic resistor by controlling the sensitivity of the magnetic resistor according to the changing of shape and size of a composite structure. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic resistor is comprised of a rod-type soft magnetic material(110) having a predetermined length. In the predetermined length, a magnetic resistance material(120) is inserted so that the magnetic resistor becomes a composite structure(100) having a structure of the soft magnetic material(110)/the magnetic resistance material(120)/the soft magnetic material(110). The soft magnetic material(110) is a permalloy(Fe19Ni81) having a relative magnetic permeability of 200 and a diameter of 5 mmΨ.
