The module consists of an under-layer (C1) of a synthetic material with a high mineral filler content and a projecting edge (2) at the back to ensure accurate spaces for a grouting mastic or other material. The under-layer is covered with a decorative and protective layer (C2) of printed polymer film, and this can be covered with an optional further layer of protective polymer film or varnish.
