<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable equipment which enables a user to find a location of the portable equipment when the user lost it even if the user speaks through his/her nose or the portable equipment is located in a bag or clothing. <P>SOLUTION: The portable equipment is provided with: a word storing means 186 for storing predetermined words; a voice collecting means (microphone 197) for collecting voices of the user; a word extraction means 176 for extracting a word that the user speaks by implementing voice recognizing processing to the voices collected by the voice collecting means (microphone 197); a word comparison means 178 for collating the extracted word with the words stored in the word storing means 186; and a notification means (loudspeaker 195 or the like) for generating location response information such as an alarm tone, a melody or vibration to notify the user of the result when it is judged that both the words are matched as a result of the collation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
