<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation cost by unifying business respectively performed in respective autonomous bodies; and to allow a resident to receive a certificate even from the nearest other autonomous body. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of autonomy systems have a cooperation center 10 having a server 11 connected to autonomies 20 and 30 entrusted with seal impression certificate business via a network (such as a resident basic network and LGWAN) closed between the autonomies, a seal printing seal print database 12 connected to the server 11 and an official seal/headman name database 13 for registering an official seal and a headman name for making a seal impression certificate, client terminals 21 and 31 connected to the server 11 via the network 40, a seal print reading scanner connected to these terminals, a certificate issuing printer 24 connected to the terminals and an automatic certificate issuing machine 23 connected to the terminals and automatically issuing the certificate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
